783,295. Cartons. PILLIVANT, Ltd., F. T., and SHUTTLEWORTH & CO., Ltd., W: S. Jan. 4,1956 [Jan. 28, 1955], No. 2624/55. Class 18. A collapsible carton comprises four side walls 1, 2, 3, 4 one or more of which is provided with windows 14, 15 and top and bottom trays 9 inwardly spaced from the top and bottom edges of the carton, the upper and lower parts of the side walls having hinged flaps 7 the contiguous lateral edges of which are free and unconnected, three of the flaps 7 being adapted, when the carton is erected, to be tucked over into the trays 9 making the carton more stable and rigid, the remaining flap forming the fourth wall of the tray and being folded flush against the inner face of the side wall 1 from which it projects, at least one of the hinged flaps 7 at each end being formed with a locking tongue 13 adapted to engage in a slit in the associated tray.
