[Also in Groups XL (b) and XL (c)] Coils and transformers for the intermediate - frequency stage of a microwave receiver comprise spiral strips 72, 74, 93, 94, 97 of conductive material disposed on either side of a sheet 57 of insulating material. The two spirals 93, 94 are on opposite sides of the sheet and overlap to provide a transformer coupling. The conductive strips may be printed on the dielectric sheet.
