A bonded-fibre fabric consists of a sheet of fibres having a random distribution impregnated with the composition containing polyethylene glycol and a styrene-maleic anhydride. interpolymer described in the parent Specification, and subsequently heated to render the composition insoluble. The fibres may be produced from waste fibres, thread, yarn, or cloth, and may be natural or synthetic or a blend of both. Thermoplastic or thermosetting fibres may be intermixed with other fibres.
