729,578. Double twist spindles. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP ONDERZOEKINGSINSTITUUT RESEARCH. Oct. 22,1952 [Nov. 29, 1951], No. 26569/52. Class 120(2). A double twist spindle having a rotatable vertical spindle 7 with an axial passage leading from its free end to an opening 5 in the spindle wall is provided with a yarn guide, which, as shown, comprises a flyer 8 having guide means 10 at its extremities, mounted adjacent the opening and extending radially outward from the spindle so as to be freely rotatable on the spindle.
