719,366. Packaging-machines. SOC. LA CELLOPHANE. Sept. 12, 1952, No. 588/54. Divided out of 719,351. Class 94(1). In making individual wrapped bars of chocolate or like thermoplastic material by filling a tube with chocolate and indenting it transversely at spaced intervals, as in Specification 656,535, the indentations are severed by synchronized rotary cutter mechanism. The cutter comprises a knife blade 120 on a rotated shaft 115 co-operating with a rubber faced block or anvil 121 on another rotated shaft 116. The shaft 115 is resiliently mounted with rubber pressure pads 122. Specifications 673,878, 719,351 and 719,367 also are referred to.
