Abstract
707,091. Transformers. MOSER-GLASER & CO., AKT.-GES. Sept. 19, 1951 [Sept. 19, 1950], No. 22010/51. Class 38 (2) A bushing current transformer 5 and a bushing potential transformer 1 with a core 4 at the high potential are arranged with their bushings parallel and at the minimum distance apart allowable by their physical dimensions. The bushing ends are at the high potential of terminals 8, 9 which is to be measured, and their mid-portions are secured in a common carrier fitting 3 at earth potential. The current transformer may comprise a straight through conductor or a number of turns which pass through a bushing surrounding the yoke completing core 4, Fig. 3 (not shown), or through a separate bushing, Fig. 2 (not shown). The current transformer core and secondary windings are shown at 6.
