693,095. Couplings for vehicles. KREFTING, H. U. Jan. 3, 1952 [Jan. 8, 1951], No. 266/52. Class 103 (v). A vehicle coupling comprises a pair of platemembers 1 having circular holes to accommodate a coupling-pin 4 which also passes through a circular hole in the member 6, the part 12 of the pin 4 between the members 1 being substantially rectangular in horizontal cross-section. The pin is provided with a handle 9 and a dowel-pin 3 and is retained in position by a transverse pin 7 locked by the spring clip 8. Abutments 2 secured to the members 1 serve to centralize the member 6.
