669,948. Roving guides. T. M. M. (RESEARCH), Ltd., and BLACKBURN, R. M.. Aug. 9, 1950 [Sept. 27, 1949], No. 24777/49.. Class 120(i) Roving guides 16 for use in a textilespinning machine are supported on a bracket 19 caried at an intermediate point in a substantially upright pillar-member 20 having a downwardly extending shank 22 which is gripped between the limbs of a bifurcated offset bracket 18 fixed on a traverse bar 17. The arrangement is such that the guide assembly may be detached from the offset bracket 18 merely by the action of pulling the pillar member 20 out of the frictional grip of the limbs 23, 24 of the bracket 18.
