660,912. Partitions for boxes. SCHMID, T. March 24, 1949 [March 24, 1948], No. 8099/49. Class 18 A partitioned tray or internal fitting for boxes is formed by cutting rectangular holes 7 in a sheet of pasteboard, making fold grooves 8, 9 at the corner and middle of the sides of the openings and pushing the curved portion 9 upwardly so that the corners of each opening come together and the adjacent panels 10 abut to form partition walls. The partitioned element may be formed separately and fixed in a box by glueing or it may be embodied in a blank, Fig. 2, for making a tray-like box body and lid.
