658,505. Pipe joints. POWER FLEXIBLE TUBING CO., Ltd., and MANN, J. Dec. 15, 1949, No. 32217. [Class 99(i)] The bellows 2 of an expansion joint is formed by bending one or more metal sheets into tubular form, welding the seam or seams electrically and then corrugating. The bellows is brazed to the flanges and by connections 6 to an internal telescopic tube 5. The ends of an external telescopic tube 4 are received in annular grooves in the flanges.
