'[Class 110(iii)] A gas turbine D drives an axial-flow compressor B and a device G which converts the available power into heat which is given up to water admitted at H. The heated water or steam is passed to a flash boiler F where it takes! up the heat of the turbine exhaust and the steam is collected in a chamber L. Thence it passes to a steam turbine M providing useful power at a shaft T. A reverse-running turbine N may be provided.
