[Class 80(i)] [Also in Group XXXIX] A rigid annular wheel 1 loosely meshing with and slidable on a toothed drum 2 mounted on the driving shaft 3 of a switch, is disengaged from a gear 9 on a continuously rotating shaft 8, by movement of an electromagnetically actuated arm 12, and is re-engaged by the action of a spring 6. Movement of the wheel is limited by a stop 13 and a plate 10.
