Abstract
638,493. Optical-projection apparatus. CORDONNIER, G. July 4, 1946, No. 19983. Convention date, July 7, 1942. [Class 97 (i)] An apparatus for examining micro-films comprises a lamp house 1 on the platform 1a of which the micro-film is supported. An objective 2 forms a real image of the micro-film on a screen 3, from which depends a hood 4, and, between the platform 1a and the screen, a mirror 5 is positioned, out of but closely adjacent to the light path between lens 2 and the screen, so that a vertual image 6 of the micro-film can be viewed by an observer 8. The screen 3 is supported by a skeleton framework mounted on the lamp house 1 or on a table 7 and the mirror 5 is adjustably mounted on the lamp house by means not shown. Specification 237,894, [Class 97 (i)], is referred to.
