634,929. Hopper feeding machines. AKT-GES. RIETER & CIE., J. J. Feb. 21, 1947, No. 5149. Convention date, Oct. 10, 1946. [Class 120 (i)] A hopper feeder having two delivery lattices 1, 2 for conveying the fibrous material to a horizontal lattice 5 is characterised in that one delivery lattice, 1, is pivotable about its lower guide roller 3, into or intermediate the positions I and II. A regulating roller 12 may be provided above the non-adjustable lattice 2 so that excess flying material is thrown against the descending side of the supply lattice 8. A top evener roller 9 is provided with its associate stripper 10, and a stripper 11 removes fibre from the supply lattice 8.
