[Class 66] [Also in Group XXIX] A watering-can 1 has a spout 3, and in addition, spraying means comprising a pump 5 adjacent a handle 2, and a liquid discharge tube 12 and atomiser 13 adjacent the spout 3. Initial compression of the pump spring 9, by a push button 8 seats a ball 11 on the pump inlet 10 and forces air through the atomiser. Release of the button effects the return, of the piston 6, and the seating of a ball 16, Fig. 2, within the atomiser, on the tube 12, liquid being thereby drawn into the pump. Downward movement of the piston forces liquid past the ball 16 and through an aperture 15 in an atomised state.
