715,791. Spray-producers. FERSTER, C. F. Oct. 6, 1952 [Oct. 5, 1951], No. 24950/52. Class 69 (3) A hand operated sprayer includes a body 2, e.g. of artificial resin, consisting of a part 3 for connection to a liquid container, a pump cylinder 1 and a nozzle 5. A piston 10 is sandwiched between discs 12 and 15, and the disc 12 has a protruding part 11 which passes through the piston and is secured to a cap 17. A liquid tube 7 and a piston return spring 13 are provided, and in operation an air opening 19 leading to the pump cylinder is closed by a finger and air is forced through the nozzle to atomize liquid drawn up the tube 7.
