[Class 18] A tubular carton has a series of flaps defined by slits in the top wall, the flaps being pushed down to leave apertures in which objects such as ampules may be supported. The flaps 20 may form partitions between the ampules, which may also be separated by portions of the top wall between pairs of flaps. Two such containers may be secured one above the other, the bottom wall 16 of the upper one having circular apertures in alignment with those in the top walls of the upper and lower containers, so that long tapering objects such as rifle cartridges may be held upright with their ends exposed for inspection.
