Abstract
617,599. Electric resonators. MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH CO., Ltd. July 30, 1945, No. 19534. Convention date, July 29, 1944. Addition to 617,332. [Class 40 (viii)] [Also in Group XL (a)] The arrangement claimed in claims 9 and 10 of the parent Specification includes a tuning device such as a coaxial line 74, 75 tuned by piston 76 for tuning out the reactance of the coupling device 70, 71, 72, i.e. the line 74, 75 is tuned so that it presents a capacitative reactance and this together with the inductance of the coupling device 70, 71, 72 is tuned to resonance at the operating frequency of the device. The arrangement is the same as that described with reference to Fig. 1 of the parent Specification.
