611,965. Delivery apparatus. GENERAL ANILINE & FILM CORPORATION. May 14, 1946, No. 14592. Convention date, May 26, 1945. [Class 100(i)] Sheets discharged from a photographic printing, or other machine, are received on a curved support 13 pivoted to the machine and connected as by welding to side members 15. The sheets pass on to bow-shaped wire members 27 connected to the support by a nut 28 at one end, and at the other end by means of bent parts 29 which pass through holes in the support 13 and are depressed by tension springs 30 engaging a washer 31 held by a retaining pin 32. The sheets are arrested by stops 33 formed with sockets 34, 35 which engage the members 27 and are held frictionally thereto by pressure of the springs 30. Apertures 36 for hand adjustment are formed in the stops 33 which can be set at any required distance from the delivery point. The supports can be held at the required angle by means of a stay 16 fitted with a bolt which can engage the required notch 21 in a rack member 20 cut in the side 15. The rack may be collapsable to enable the support 13 to hang vertically downwards when out of use.
