[Class 59] Gyratory head crushing apparatus wherein the shaft 1 carrying the grinding or crushing element has a gyratory motion imparted thereto by an eccentric 6 through the intermediary of a ball or other bearing 10, has the outer race of the bearing supported by the eccentric and provided with a spherical inner surface, the inner race 10' being secured against rotation on the shaft. The shaft 1 is keyed to the inner race to permit axial movement.
