605,287. Coils for dynamo-electric machines. ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AKTIEBOLAGET. Dec. 19, 1945, No. 34386. Convention date, Dec. 30, 1944. [Class 35] The spaces between the layers of ribbon wound on edge in a multi-layer field coil are filled with a grain formed insulating material of high heat conducting ability, e.g. quartz sand, the whole then being impregnated with a synthetic resin or other material solid at normal temperature but liquid when heated. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also a similar method of insulating coils of other types, e.g. electromagnet coils. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
