[Class 51 (ii)] [Also in Group II] A galvanizing bath surrounded by a space bounded on the outside by a wall of refractory material is heated by flue gases passing downwards through the space from which they are led away without passing to the underside of the bath. Gas burners g aie provided in the main wall D and discharge into spaces E on the outside of the wall B which bounds the space C surrounding the tank A. The flue gases pass down the space C to a discharge passage F.
