Abstract

517,233. Alloys. DUNLOP, S. (Ferror Steel Corporation). July 28, 1938, No. 22512. [A Specification was laid' open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, March 21, 1939.] [Class 82 (i)] Annealing-boxes are made of a ferrous alloy containing 1-30 per cent. of chromium, 0.5-2 per cent. of carbon, 0.25-10 per cent. of copper, 0.1-2 per cent. of aluminium and 0.25-6 per cent. of silicon. The alloy may also contain up to 6 per cent. of nickel or up to 2 per cent. of tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, cobalt, tantalum, uranium, manganese, titanium, zirconium or niobium.
