512,874. Pipe joints. C.A.V.-BOSCH, Ltd., and MILLAR, D. March 25, 1938, No. 9140. [Class 99(i)] Pipe ends, or a pipe b and a boss a, having central bores c and eccentric bores d, are connected together by clamping against a seating- disc f having a hole h for connecting the bores d and communicating with a groove i on one or each side of the disc, an annular projection j being provided at each side of one or both of the grooves i, and a central hollow boss g on one or each side of the disc. When the disc is grooved on one side only, the pipe end may be grooved at k as shown.
