511,127. Conical roller bearings. RUHRHANDEL GES., and SCHUCK, C. Jan. 4, 1939, No. 303. Convention date. Jan. 4, 1938. Addition to 442,541. [Class 12 (i)] In bearings, as claimed in the parent Specification, the race rings in contact with the revolving member are axially displaceable but rotatively secured thereto. As shown the race rings f, h, are slidable on the axle a and in the wheel hub krespectively, the rings h being keyed to the hub k by pins i. A spring l acts upon the rings h. End covers b, m, fixed to the axle a have resilient packing d and a labyrinth e. In a modification the spring l is replaced by two springs fitted between the covers b, m, and the inner race rings f.
