[Class 97 (i)] In an illuminating system for optical projection as described in the parent Specification one or both of the lenticular grids or screens are carried by or formed on another element or other elements of the system. In systems comprising a mirror 2 behind the light source 1, one grid may be carried by the mirror, and the second grid may be carried by the condenser lens 3, as shown, or on a separate plate between the condenser lens 3 and the picture aperture 4, or, if no condenser lens is provided, on a separate plate. In systems comprising no mirror one grid may be carried by a condenser lens, and the second grid may be carried by another condenser lens or by a separate plate.
