[Classes 44 and 89 (i)] [Also in Group XI] A screw-clamping device particularly for a lamp fitting such as is indicated in the drawing comprises a bolt with a threaded part 11 for the engagement of a nut 14, and an unthreaded part 12 of lesser diameter pivoted thereto at 13. An enlargement at 16 serves to maintain the nut captive. In assembling the fitting, a plate 7 slotted at 8 is passed over the bolt with the part 12 turned as indicated in chain lines.
