Class 75(4) [Also in Group XXV] A fitting for one or more elongated fluorescent Lamps consists of a main support 10 which may be of inverted box form and an auxiliary support 13, carrying the lamp control elements e.g. choke, capacitor and starter switch, pivoted at one end to the main support and having releasable retaining means e.g. a slot engaged by a bolt and wing nut 15 on the main support, at the other, a lamp holder 14 being detachably mounted at either end of the main support. A reflector 23 may be carried by means of two spring- loaded turnbuckles 21, 22 on the underside of the auxiliary support.
