[Classes 120 (i) and 120 (iii)] The saw teeth of the taker-in or opener of a carding-engine for use in treating cellulose wool, cotton, worsted, flax, schappe, silk noil, wool or waste are formed as shown, the front edge of each tooth sloping rearwardly and the rear edge constituting a flat concave curve which is merged into the front edge of the next following tooth.
