[Class 86] A dough-kneading machine comprises a bowl and an inner member on an inclined axis and rotating oppositely to the bowl at a variable speed, the working space being formed between the two ; the dough is discharged by means of a fixed spiral member. The bowl 8, mounted on a vertical shaft, is driven by a worm 10. The shaft has an inclined extension 4a, 4b for the shaft 22 of the inner member 35 which is driven through bevel gears 13 .. 16, 18 .. 21, the latter being loose on their shaft and selectively fixed thereto by a sliding key 32 operated by a hand member 54. The dough is fed from a hopper and, after rolling, is discharged by the spiral member 50.
