[Classes 79 (iii) and 79 (iv)] The upwardly inclined chassis tube or frame 1 described in the parent Specification is connected to the front axle by a tubular strut or body 4 in which is carried a driving shaft for the front axle, the strut being shown attached to the axle housing 5 and to an extension 3 of a box shaped housing 2 carried by the front raised end of the chassis member 1. The engine 7 is secured to a flange 6 on the housing 2 which contains a change speed gear and bevel gearing through which the drive is distributed to the front and rear axles. Specification 483,266 is referred to.
