Abstract

470,212. Thermionic valves. M-O VALVE CO., Ltd., and LE ROSSIGNOL, R. July 17, 1936, No. 19904. [Class 39 (i)] In a large valve wherein the anode forms a substantial part of the envelope and is water cooled, a carbon coating is provided on the inside of the anode to promote heat dissipation from the electrodes within the valve. The coating may be deposited from an aqueous colloidal solution. Specifications 251,015, [Class 39 (i)], 381,242, and 383,889 are referred to.
