[Class 39 (i)] A valve for use in push-pull arrangements comprises a single cathode 5 having two separate emitting surfaces in the form of segments of cylinders at the centres of which strip-like anodes 8, 9 are placed. A grid or grids 6, 7 are interposed in each electron path ; they are shaped concentrically with the cathode surfaces. Specification 507,270 is referred to.
