Abstract

459,956. Transformers. LORENZ AKT.-GES., C., 1, Lorenzweg, Tempelhof, Berlin. Aug. 30, 1935, No. 24229. Convention date, Sept. 8, 1934. [Class 38 (ii)] A high-frequency transformer comprises a primary coil 2 wound on a spool 5 and arranged on an iron dust core member 1, and a secondary coil 3 loosely coupled thereto. The coil 3 is wound on a rod 4 of insulating or magnetic material which is held away from and parallel to the main core by depressions or holes in flanges of the spool 5. The iron core 1 comprises a cylindrical part and two circular end discs forming a leakage path. The diameter of the rod 4 is small in proportion to the periphery of the end discs of the main core 1. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 stated that the core of the secondary coil 3 may be of magnetic material. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
