Abstract

446,654. Window regulators. DURALIFTS, Ltd., Whitfield Place, Tottenham Court Road, London. Aug. 2, 1934, No. 22593. Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Feb. 4, 1935]. [Class 20 (iii)] A vehicle window of the kind which is raised and lowered and which when closed may be moved horizontally in its own plane to provide a ventilation opening at the front edge, is given the horizontal opening movement by a stud 28 on a lifting arm 21 engaging a projection 29 on the bottom rail 15 of the sash. To retain the sash in opened position and to provide for the closing movement, a latch 31 having a cam-face 35 is pivoted on the rail 15 and rotated into engagement with the stud 28 by an extension 30 on the lifting arm. The latch is returned to normal disengaged position by a spring when released by the member 30.
