[Class 86] An apparatus for proportionally mixing liquids, more especially milk of lime with fruit juice, comprises a main vessel a communicating with a chamber b from which air is expelled as the vessel fills, the expelled air passing into a compartment c containing the liquid to be added. This liquid is expelled and passes over a partition e into the main vessel. The compartment is filled through a pipe i, a vent pipe k being provided.
