488,988. Bee -- keepers' appliances. BABINEC, S. April 1, 1938, No. 10015. [Class 5 (ii)] A drinking-appliance for bees comprises a raised board 1 having transverse and longitudinal channels 3 that are maintained full of water through apertures 4 in a float chamber 5 supplied from a container 15 by a flexible pipe 11 having a strainer 16. The float is guided by a tubular part 6 provided with a draining plug 7. When the level of the water rises, a conical part 9 of the float enters a nozzle 10 of the pipe 11 which is secured in a detachable cover 14 of the float chamber.
