[Class 56] A device for feeding molten glass into moulds or other receptacles comprises a grooved guide d mounted on a horizontal shaft f which is arranged vertically below the centre of an outlet c in a container for the molten glass, means being provided for tilting the guide at intervals so as to direct the stream of glass from the outlet c into one or the other of a series of receptacles i, i<1> The guide d may be tilted by means of a lever h, and the tilting may be effected by the weight of the filled receptacles. Burners k, k<1> are provided to heat the part of the guide d which is not conveying glass, and the burners may be turned on and off by the movement of the guide d.
