[Class 139] [See also Group XXI] In a clockwork time fuze for projectiles, the anchor 18, Figs. 1 and 3, is connected by a fork and pin to the spindle of the balance 16 slidably keyed to an axially disposed wire 13 acting as a torsion spring controlling the balance.
