[Class 59] A stone &c. crusher comprising two or more single crushers combined in one casing with a single drive to form a multiple cone crusher is provided with means for adjusting independently the clearance in each crusher. The crusher head is in two parts b, c mounted on the gyratory spindle a. The head b works in conjunction with a concave d and the head c with a concave e. The clearance between the head b and concave d is adjusted by raising or lowering the nut i bearing on the spherical seating k and the clearance between c and e is adjusted by raising or lowering the concave e by screwed rods m. The intermediate space o between the two crushers is larger than the exit opening of the crusher b, and the crushing head b diverges outwardly whilst the crushing head c diverges inwardly.
