[CLass 110 (i).] In a priming apparatus according to the parent Specification, the pump D is bye-passed by the conduit L when the pressure in a pipe R leading from the delivery side of the main pump is sufficient to open a spring pressed valve Q. Actuation of a three-way cock S enables the pump D to be kept in operation after the main pump has been primed.
