385,741. Luggage attachments. CAMILLIS, L., 10, Soho Road, Birmingham. Dec. 23, 1931, No. 35504. [Class 136 (i).] Means for attaching a carrier bag to the saddle or other part of a cycle comprises two or more headed studs c<3> spaced apart on the saddle and adapted to engage slotted brackets a<2> on the bag a, the heads of the studs c<3> being passed through the enlarged ends a<4> of the slots, and the shanks moved along inclined parts a<3> into vertical parts a<6>, so that the bag maintains its connection by gravity and may be removed by an oblique upward movement, the angular slots preventing disengagement by vibration. The studs c<3> screw into a rigid transverse plate c<2>, which is suspended from the saddle &c. by adjustable leather &c. loops c. The brackets a<2> are secured to the bag a by means of rivets a<5> and a reinforcing strip e, a stiffening-board e<2> being provided.
