[Class 136 (i)] An arm 5 from the rear end 9 of which a luggage or saddle bag can be suspended is rigidly secured at its front end to the saddle pillar 4 of a cycle and forms the sole support for the bag. The rear end of the arm is preferably provided with a transverse bar 9 from which the luggage bag is suspended by straps or spring hooks, or a removable horizontal rod may engage loops on the bag and the arm.
