Abstract

378,312. Plug couplings. ARNOLD, C. L. and M. K. ELECTRIC, Ltd., Wakefield Street. Edmonton, Middlesex. Jan. 9, 1932, No. 728. [Class 38 (i).] A double ended plug coupling with additional sockets connected through fuses for a parallel circuit or circuits comprises a body 1 having straight through plug and socket contacts 2, 3 secured by bent plates 4 to terminals 6. Fuses 15 lying in grooves 14 connect the terminals 6 to the terminals 12 of the lateral sockets 8. A cover 16 encloses the fuses, and a cover 17 the sockets. An earthing pin and socket 18, 19 with a lateral socket is mounted on the cover 16. The pins and sockets 2, 3 may be similarly mounted. Specifications 212,377 and 328,886, [both in Class 38 (i), Electric couplings &c.], are referred to.
