Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 38 (i).] A plug member 2 having pins 2b connected to leads that enter at 2a is modified to suit sockets of different dimensions or lampholder type supply fittings by applying thereto an adapter 3 having sleeves 3a that fit the pins 2b in electric connection with pins 3b or other contacts suited to the supply fitting. The sleeves 3a are passed through openings in an insulating body 3g and the parts may be held together by screws. A terminal 2d may be provided on the member 2 for making connection to an earthing wire.
