Abstract
232,422. Lundberg, A. P., Lundberg, G. C., Lundberg, P. A., and Pegg, G. May 12, 1924. Plug couplings and connectors.-The pins or sockets are adjustable as to gauge and may be interchanged. A connector or adapter comprises U-shaped members 1 mounted in the insulating body 2 so that a slotted arm of each lies flush with the surface of the body. These members are electrically connected to the other contacts, which are, in the example given, spring plungers 4. Between the arms of each U is a tapped metal block 5 into which the pin or socket is screwed so that a shoulder thereon binds upon the outer face of the slotted arm to fix the pin or socket in the required position.
