371,732. Imitation fires. FALKIRK IRON CO., Ltd., KENNARD, H. J., KINNES, A., and ERSKINE, J. H., Falkirk, Stirlingshire. Aug. 28, 1931, No. 24204. Addition to 361,608. [Class 126.] In an imitation fire comprising two or more spaced zones of imitation fuel, as described'in the parent Specification, the fuel is illuminated both by steady and by flickering light. In the construction shown steady light is provided by lamps f, and flickering light by lamps d provided with flicker devices. One or more of the fuel zones may have translucent portions b in addition to the apertures c through which the lower zones are visible. The upper zone indicates burning fuel, and the lower zones burnt fuel or ash. A screened lamp, such as that shown at h, may illuminate the front of the fuel with steady or flickering light.
