[Class 110 (iii).] A jet wheel runner is reinforced by a rim or rims b shrunk' on to or welded to the lip of the brackets. The rim mav be notched to engage projections on the bucket lips and the engagement may be close-fitting or fixing wedges may be used. The buckets may be cast singly or in groups with corresponding segments of the reinforcing rim attached, and when such buckets are assembled the segments are welded together.
