362,520. Combing-machines. NASMITH, J. W., Leegate, Mauldeth Road, Heaton Mersey, Manchester. Sept. 9, 1930, No. 26846. [Class 120 (i).] In a combing-machine the top comb consists of a stock S and needle-plate P, the needles N secured to the plate P projecting therebeyond and the projecting portion being bent or curved at an angle to the plate. The needles may be curved, Fig. 1 ; bent at the junction with the plate P, Fig. 2 ; or about half-way from the plate P to the point, Fig. 3.
