Abstract

[Class 46.] Ink removed from the inking- drum of a printing- machine runs down into the mouth 21 of a container 20 and is forced down into the container by a rotary gear 22. The ink in the container 24 passes through a strainer 25 and back into the ink - fountain. An electrical heating-device 30 is arranged inside the strainer, and is controlled by a thermostat the end of which dips in the ink in the fountain.
